1-One of the strategies to deal with this problem may be to communicate with the boss regarding the writing style they prefer and how verbosity and complexity tend to make the message unclear and difficult to understand for most individuals including coworkers, vendors, and clients. Communicating openly and respectfully may help the boss understand and see things from our perspective. However, sometimes it can be difficult to persuade people, especially when they are in a higher position as compared to us. On the other hand, if this does not work or cannot be done, I might choose to write complex and verbose material when it has to be read by my boss, but continue writing in a precise and concise manner when writing for other readers like coworkers and clients.

2- I would speak-up and if anything I disagree about, I would say no on the spot and would explain to them the reasons behind my answer. At the same time I would have to stay calm and direct. You might be able to talk to your employer right away and avoid the write-up or you might be told to put your response in writing. You will, however, give your supervisor notice that you are opposing his statements if you speak up on the spot. Also, communication is a very good way to express your information to a person because that way you’ll get a good relationship with that person and is very important because It is what allows us to contact with others and comprehend what is said to us.

3-I would personally speak up and communicate to the boss when it comes to how I feel and let them know in a respectful tone that it isn’t the best idea. Not everyone is the same and they’ll definitely not want the same performance every time. Sometimes a change is good, and hopefully, the boss listens and doesn’t feel offended because some bosses who are in higher positions aren’t used to hearing a no or someone expressing how they really feel about the subject because they’re used to everyone obeying their every word.
